• Full itinerary printed and sent to all vendors and client

• Skype call/meeting with all vendors prior to the event

• Monthly catch up calls or meetings (6 months before the wedding these will become weekly)

• Arranging bridal fittings/groom suit fittings and help with design

• 1 week prior to the event clients will be able to contact me outside of working hours

• Plan B (in case the weather changes or we experience any hiccups)

To add full coordination on the day of the event, please note this will be an additional £1,000 (inc. VAT)

​Please note: More packages are to come soon and we can definitely make a bespoke package for you! For example, if you wish to plan a destination wedding, I would add travel and hotel costs to each package – after a bit of research of course.
